In Dorset, two welcoming orienteering clubs are delivering a joint Find Your Way Project set of events across the county, both clubs are always open to people trying the sport for the first or hundredth time!
WESSEX ORIENTEERING CLUB
WESSEX is a friendly orienteering club, with members from all over Dorset, and parts of Wiltshire, with orienteering taking place in the New Forest, on the Isle of Purbeck, Cranborne Chase, Weymouth/Portland & in the Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch conurbation.
WIMBORNE ORIENTEERING CLUB
Wimborne Orienteers is a small but active orienteering club covering most of East and North Dorset from Ringwood in the east to Wimborne and up as far as Blandford & Gillingham in the North. We also have a number of active members in South and West Dorset. Areas used for events range from Bovington Heath in the West of the county through to areas on the western fringes of the New Forest.
